Yea.....I guess this kind of uncertainity in a Country does not help an investor to feel very confident, especially with some a few fairly solid companies in less risky countries...and with competition for the investment dollar from such similiar priced companies as HRN and EOG.

That age old dilemma for investors...reward versus risk !

I still want to find out what oil reserves have been proven so far by WZR.....a little more reseach is required.....good project for the weekend.
