Think about it sportsfans..its a monumental confirmation from the Holy Spirit [BCSC] that all is well in Winfieldland. The implication is that last years financials are tickedy boo and the commission has allowed a working capital financing so wwf can pay the accounting bills, so final approval for the sanction to be lifted will be like flipping a switch at the telephone company.

Reading between the lines it infers that MF and WWF are exonneratted as to the alleged misdeeds., The boobirds can grumble all they want...but xheck the bloodwork. Agreements are still in place with Libya and Mauratania, even despite a switch in political landscape. These two license agreements for refineries....even if that is all wwf has...are worth millions.
