Recently no I have not spoken to MF... However from previous posts and discussions I know that we need $50k free working capital and approximatly $50K more for Auditors and accountants to finish the 2008/2009 books... so 10 P.P's of $10,000 should give the company a nice safe cash in the bank to move forward unless something else comes up...
