I agree with most of your post Braniff and i do take resposibility for where i put my money but in my opinion when we are mislead as i sincerely believe i was i feel there should be something an investor can do.An example i will use not many years ago a guy walked up to me at our marina as i was getting out of my boat from a short fishing trip.He asked me if i was interested in making a fast 10 or 15 % gain on up to 25,000.I said sure i am always interested in making some money so he gave me an address and his name.No friggin way i was interested but i wanted to look at it anyway.A short time later his name was in the paper and was charged with fraud.That is without our infamous BCSEC,our supposed watch dog and it is our money that pay them.Sure,this exchange is a laugh but who isnt in it for a nice gain,some people call it greed,okay i am greedy. Put the ad in the paper,i doubt very much you will get more than one or two people to invest in something like that,put it on the exchange,with a good story you might even get some from me because i sincerely thought as a novice investor somebody will see that your story is full of holes.Yes i have way to much in this but i talk to the exchange and they say talk to the company,so what do i do i talk to the horses mouth or should i say the bulls mouth because you all know what comes out .Does anyone think there might be a kickback,the money WE raised had to go somewhere.I aint accusing anyone of anything because i dont have the money to fight it.We should be able to settle stuff like this like they did in the old west,instead of paying lawyers.Hell, throw me in jail at least i can vent under oath.buster
