YLO continues its death spiral, but does anyone really, truly know why?

The 2010 numbers looked okay and all the growth in the digital world seems to be adding to the bottom line and will only continue going forward.

So why is everyone selling this thing????????

Are they expecting a dividend cut?

If anyone can provide some decent links with analysis of YLO I'd appreciate it.
