Yes, there is the company that jonzobot refers to. There isn't much to it yet but appears to just be raising capital and looking for somewhere to invest it. Confusing but a different name so they can do it.

NBB - RVX doesn't have the kind of deal you are referring to yet either. They have a regional license deal that might make money down the road with HL paying costs in that region and a large shareholder but nothing like a CVD or anything toward a buyout. It might come down the road but it isn't as advanced as RVX. Yes, DM has hinted at it for over a year but it has never happened.
