i also have had the shares referred to in my account with CIBC as ZENE and I am patient and note that from time to time Zenith does a private placement with an accreditied investor at around the $2.00 USD mark.

It is a pain in the proverbial to have another company "Zenith Capital Corporation" with such a similar name and have so much confusion.

I find the speculation of an Alberta company versus  BC company to be a plausible reason for the confusing name being allowed for the recent company ZENI-P.
