NBB - I think it's more likely we see ZEL sold and money or shares or a combination there of distributed to current shareholders. ZCC would then be listed on a more recognizable exchange like the TSX or the NASDAQ for the royalty value. Since there are no royalties at this time or in the near future ZHCLF looks like what we will have for some time.
