Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Hi all.

I urge every shareholder to get out and vote re BOD prior to the AGM. We achieved a 5.54% "withhold" vote for Don at RVX. 10% WH is considered a sign of serious dissatisfaction with directors among shareholders.

I voted "withhold" for all nominees but "for" in Dr Wong's case. The proposed list of directors is very weak and lacking in biotech business and financing expertise.

Don has achieved NO value creation for ZCC since it's founding in 2013.

Dr Lakhotia seems to be the engine of partnership development at ZE. He should be CEO.

Please express your dissatisfaction by voting "withhold".

Does anyone happen to have a shareholder list for the top 10 ZCC shareholders by the number of share they own. We already know Eastren owns 36.5%. If someone has a list please share it with us.
