No argument Fouremen but it is "my hope". 

If we don't see the Sp of both start trending upward or a surprise/out of the blue NR by early December at the very latest that hope will fade as it has so many times when counting on this CEO to actually produce something significant.

Not 100% sure why I maintain this hope given all the things you've pointed out along with all we have seen & heard in the past that never come to be but I still believe we will see something of value sooner than later.
