In order for Zenith Capital Copr/Zenith E to get 100% proper  full market enterprise valuation DM would need to be replaced with a seasoned  senior respected Biotech/pharma executive an bring a team that can take a  Zenith IPO with the right Investment bankers .  Sorry to say that aint going to happen with DM at the helm.  AT best DM realizes his limitations and brings on that Senior  Biotech executive or maybe just maybe that mentioned  royalty deal is being finalized . As someone mentioned before with DM its that Peter Principal.   He just doesn't have it to get a deal done.   I would love to be wrong but 10 years in and only collaboration deals is nothing to get crazy excited , Its good but not amazing , GLTA...
