The 18% is the agreement in which Continential and Geopetro sold rights to the Bengara II to CNPC-Hong. They sold 70% of the land rights and Continental owned 60% and GeoPetro owned 40%. So 60% of 30% is 18% going to Continental. The $5M bonus works the same way so Continental share is $3M
