On the downside is the high number of shares outstanding for Creston which relates to the high cost of acquisition of the property, $20M cash and lots of shares. This may hurt Creston's ability to raise more capital for continued development. It certainly accounts for the woe share price lately. Creston has a $65M market cap compared to Geodex's $55M for a comparable deposit. Creston has 115M shares and Geodex 55M.
Does anyone know if Creston is anticipating a PP or does it have enough cash for now?
