We all want our dough back ASAP, hopefully with a little profit. The situation is what it is. No amount of whining on this BB will make it any better. The road to any investment recovery will either fork through the court system (get ready for several years of rather expensive fighting) or hopefully through improved operations and clarity of purpose at Dynamic.

I would much prefer the latter.
