Wonder if Grove is on this? Maybe they have bigger fish to fry. Who knows? Would be worth the try to help London clean up it's air quality. No requirement to get better gas mileage, just clean up the air. Should be a slam dunk.

Communication seem to have dried up here. That could be a good thing if they have eminent news besides the first quarter which won't be stellar. So I would have to figure some sales news should be forth coming, to offset the first quarter stalemate.

Alas that would be expected in normal situations.
