AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

01:44 PM EST, 11/20/2017 (MT Newswires) -- dynaCERT (DYA.V) shares were trading at $0.61 on last look, for a 7% gain from the previous close, after the carbon emission reduction technology company announced Mondaymorning the complete report on the PIT Group testing for the fuel consumption and emissions of its HydraGEN technology, the verification of performance testing of the same technology on refrigerated trailer diesel engines, and the closing of the first tranche of a private placement of convertible notes.

The PIT Group previously reported that results from phase one of HydraGEN technology testing showed significant decreases in emission levels. In phase two testing, the HydraGEN HG1 unit reduced fuel consumption by 5.9%. dynaCERT believes that bettter results can be achieved in real-world conditions, with a possible range for fuel consumption reduction from 2.7% to 19.2%.

In a separate press release, dynaCERT also revealed that performance testing of its HydraGEN technology on refrigerated trailer, or Reefer, diesel engines showed average results of a 25% reduction in fuel consumption, a 30% reduction in mono-nitrogen oxides emission, a 51% reduction in carbon monoxide emission, and a 44% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions. The results show that dynaCERT's HG2 unit, which is 25% of the size of the HG1 unit, may also be used in class 2-5 fixed body delivery trucks, city buses, and average trucks in the Europe, Asia, and India market.

dynaCERT also closed the first tranche of about $1.3 million of a new issue of up to $3.5 million principal amount of convertible notes through a non-brokered private placement.
