I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

12:55 PM EDT, 06/18/2020 (MT Newswires) -- dynaCERT Inc. (DYA.V) has closed its previously announced overnight marketed offering, including the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option. The company issued 12.3 million units at a price of $0.68 each for gross proceeds of $8.37 million.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $1.00 for 24 months following the offering's close.

Net proceeds will be used to finance raw materials and manufacturing and assembly costs in order to create and deliver finished goods inventory for the KarbonKleen Inc. subscription program and any other subscription programs and product sales.
