You`re right... the best and earliest indication we`ll likely have as to the value of the patent(s) is when we hear who the IP partner is and how they choose to proceed.

We`ve been given some relatively agressive timeframes in which such information might be revealed - more news next month with an in-depth review occurring over the next three months. That alone suggests to me that there`s more than just smoke here... and we`ve seen our share of smoke over the years.

One thing is for certain. In view of the IP efforts, the eVU, and the lawsuit - it`s starting to get fun to speculate a little again.
