Backlog

Before getting too excited about RP's words, think about what the word "backlog" means. To me, it means orders in hand which cannot be fulfilled - for whatever reason. In this case, I suspect the reason is the litigation with digEcor. When that gets resolved, in our favor, the reason for backlog should be gone, allowing fulfillment (i.e., production to commence). This line of thought based primarily on the idea that nobody in their right mind would place a large order for delivery before the hair is shaved off. That idea coupled with the known (we think) existence of a financier for eVU production (i.e., funding for production is not the issue). These orders are perhaps not fully executed, or contain a contingency clause re: hair removal. Where's the Nair?! LOL I KNOW - in the courthouse. But I KNOW nuttin'! SGE
