pNOR  is not NOR flash...it is an artificial NOR ability that is actually NAND flash with a combined cache to emulate NOR flash for xip.

lol...if Silicon Storage Technology can make it happen within their All in one Super Flash.....NAND+Cache =.PseudoNOR....e.Digital is an expert with patents for a cache +Nand scheme.
