I just bought a new phone from Verizon this weekend. Saw and tested this type of phone you`re talking about. There were two, one that records a video for 15 seconds and another that allows you to download ( for a fee ) two minute news clips from CNN. That one I think was about $400-$500 before rebates and deals. They phones were very cool. I only bought the picture phone.
