The reality is that EDIG's patents look to have validity...something many, especially you, have supported on many different levels over time...and as a result, have taken many hits by drive by "truth seeking" bashers.

EDIG management has always maintained that point of view, the US patent office granted the patents after review, Pat Nunually has also agreed after his expert due diligence efforts and now Duane Morris LLP concurs.

And investors see the opportunity.

Some "TRUTH SEEKERS" have been ruthless attacking anyone, investor and management alike, under the guise of seeking truth. Apparently that justifies their existence in their minds.

It's now a matter for the courts to decide, and their "TRUTH" will be the only truth that counts.

I suspect we would not be here today if the basher's truth was even close to reality.
