Nice to see you back !

EDIG announced a new eVU customer back in late March and the news Moo just posted regarding suing 7 companies for patent infringement is pretty much where we stand. Also, back in September of '07 they filed their first suit against Vivitar...so 8 total infringers officially have been put on notice so far.

Otherwise there has been a news drought regarding earnings going forward after coming off a record fiscal year for revenues. They continue to operate in the red however.

The gross revenues for those products targeted by Duane Morris LLP, who is EDIG's patent infringement counsel, for this first round of infringer has been announced as being over $20 Billion annually....so the target is rather large.

Projecting that over the life of the patents since the early '90's and running through 2014-16 represents a vast opportunity...then factor in another 166 companies to get a feel for how large this can be.

DM took EDIG's case on a contingency basis, fronting all costs for a percentage of the take.

You probably knew all of this but just in case you have been preoccupied...

Weren't you out in Simi Valley?

Take care,

DB
