The last shareholders meeting (about 3 years ago?) was held at the e.Digital offices. I was not in attendance, but I know that others who have posted here in the past were present.

Again if I remember correctly, this would have been at the 'old' offices before they moved to their present location. I don't know how big their current offices are, but I would say they figure that they'll have enough room.

I am also of the belief that it will be a 'real' meeting with an actual audience of shareholders as well as a live webcast - just as they have done before.
