What a cat and mouse game to get such a venture off the ground....the press really hinders efforts. To bad that investors have to know exactly what goes on within a company...not to say that we shouldn`t. But from where i sit...IMS appears to have jumped into the game of hearing what APS was up to...if it was never reported....they might not exist.

Even at the point they entered(AlaskAir news) they where caught off guard...judging from that laptop.

Wonder if 1 more 1/4 of quiet time would have changed things ?

As an investor it is a lot to ask....but would make it so much simpler for the company to execute.....the only way they seem to make it is to be private.
