All I did was pay a visit to see where they were located as a test run, so that I would not get lost and be late for the meeting. I did not request to speak with anyone, just a very quick chat with the front desk gal to confirm the date, time (not that it was going to change obviously) and to be sure I knew the the physical place RP and other would be addressing the SH's. I attended a SHM years ago at the previous location in Poway and it was the same format, but they had a larger area to have more people standing to listen than they do now.

Not playing games as in I'm being truthful as to the space limitations to host a large crowd. On there website, but don't recall which tab, there's a picture of the conference room with both eVU's on the table. I'm dead serious.

I hope I'm not being misunderstood, I'm only pointing out that they are not making a big deal about this meeting or it would be held to accomodate a bigger "crowd."
