Nothing better than watching as the light bulb gets turned on, and being positioned well before the fact.

Let's see,

1) Billions of dollars in target markets,

2) sound and solid patents dating back to pre-MP3 player days,

3) big time law firm in place on a contingency basis,

4) multiple cases filed with more expected (180 +)

5) settlement already announced without a fight, more anticipated

6) the stock, trading near all time lows, has a history of trading violently when market opportunity and expectations are expected to become one

7) lean company with a good management team

8) two tiered business model (eVU)

8) AND a well informed shareholder base
