I agree that these are two different companies but the fate of EDIG is as close as TMTA approach for his patent validity.

TMTA filled the lawsuit against INTL in october,11,2006 and got agreement for settlement in october,24,2007.

TRANSMETA complaint charged was INTEL had infringed TRANSMETAs patents by making and selling a variety of microprocessor prouducts, including at least different version of pentium product lines.Same concept apply to EDIG and its flash related products with even larger scale as significant variety of flash products in the market. In shareholder meeting i specifically ask this question with PAT NUNNALY after his presentation that whatever he spoke means more than 90 percent of flash related products in the market and his answer to me was resounding YES,and that means if they get lucky in this endeavor it will end up with significant reward.
