Does anyone find it unusual that we do not have a Pacer by now? I have been patiently waiting, and I do not think that edig would have announced unless it was a done deal. Does the defendant not have to let the Judge know immediately? Just me, and everyone knows I am as patient as anyone.??? Thanks,
