the scenario is pat identified 174+ companies as infringers , now pat , robert and an attorney from Dm goes to one of these companies and shows them that there product infringed on edig Ip , now the three Amigoes goes to say you used our tech without our knowledge and you benefited from our tech, so either you settle now or we threaten you that we will sue and out attorneys' are ready to file a suit .

in this case the company to save itself of being a thief and to save face and money among it colleagues and in this tough economy will negotiate a settlement with out being sued . I think this scenario is very possible any thoughts?
