I think you should read my post a couple more times including LL's reply to my post where he confirms that RP and FF followed protocall in 2000

they did what they were supposed to do to sell stock ! I you were around in 2000 you should recall that most of us thought we did meet the requirements for a naz listing and just had to stay above 5.00 for another month or so to make it ,, That was way after they filed doc's to sell !
