You have far more expertise in this area than I, however as long as Wencor holds true to the contract it purchased with its acquiring of APS then EDig MUST go thru APS/Wencor to sell its tech to any airline....

Of course if Wencor blows it then EDig has their ``OUT`` as you put it...
