It is always scary to have your future decided in a court of law-- as we all know innocent people sometimes go to jail and guilty ones sometimes are set free. That being said, I am choosing to view DM's willingness to take the case on a contingency basis after much due diligence on their part as a significant positive for the past/current patents/ situations.

After reading Dischino's several posts regarding his opinion of PN's abilities, significance of involvement, and past success I am choosing to view the future as potentially bright. As a result of this I have recently bought more shares in the .09-.10 range to average down for the shares that I purchased +- 10 years ago hoping to first get back to break even and then turn positive. I am trying to be equally realistic and positive. GLTA longs.
