No mistake.....Everyone there heard him say ....twice.... and quite forecefully....when I asked him twice specifically about 737, not 774......"The judge is not working on/considering 737", After those statements he stated, "Perhaps this will be better for EDig in the long run" Which I took to mean HE/EDig did not wish a ruling on 737 for whatever reason, perhaps a fear the judge would make a similar ruling on 737 as she did on 774 which EDig did not want.
