He considers "control circuitry" as described in claim terms as not representative of "control circuitry21 or micro-controller21 as described in the body of the patent...and he feels they, along with other entities, e.g... charge pumps 68, 51...etc, DSP circuits, ....etc whatever ....need to be associated in the claim term as well, where they are....."device" is the representative word for all of them..

That thought would be more along the lines of describing a new tire and necessitating a description that it's round.

He feels in that, the claims are unjustified as written.
