This post is mind boggleing......I simply cannot think that BOW would go to another company to develop a DS that was already developed one year ago.....WHY WHY WHY...I know he wants control but he would have to pay another company something to do what he already has in his hand. Would he save anything, other than control, by paying ``SPA`` and not EDig.....Manufacturing, OK....cut EDig out, but if the DS IS BASED ON THE DP THEN IT HAS TO HAVE EDIG TECH IN IT, WHICH MEANS EDIG IS INVOLVED...

If not the case then BOW is treading on thin legal grounds, of course in my opinion...
