It could very well be that the courts can become our worse enemy. I say that becaise if they can stall the patent from being exercise and it takes a year to get things straightened out, then what can be expected is those who are overseas can and wil ue wat has been developed to the detriment to the patent holder. Litergation can be good but if those that are literagated against and those that litagate seem to be the losers. The only winners are the thieves that will use what does not belong to them and do so because of the courts.
