In my opinion, the value of the company will depend on what Handel does. However I have a different point of view. I basically agree with Teddy, if we make the infringers pay then people will see that it would be better to partner up, and license the Nunchi tech as it would be to costly in the long run to try and beat us up knowing that we can throw a punch. The other thing that the company and Handel should be on top of is any infringer on the Nunchi patents and slap them as soon as somebody infringers not waiting for years. If we had sued to start as soon as the flash tech was infringed this would be a whole different story right now.
