1. All the ``big`` boys have done so. Perhaps the remaining 14-15 employees, all mostly engineers, were hired at a salary that precludes them laying out fairly large sum of cash to buy EDig. They may have hired with a decent salary but came on board for the ``sizzle``. The potential is still there.

2. There may be options given we know nothing about. Why buy now and lay out actual cash when you have an option for xxxx shares in your back pocket. Just the same to me....Perhaps total BS, perhaps just a theory but definitely possible... I know these engineers have to be loyal, which they have been, for some reason and its not the huge salaries they are getting from a company who`s ``nut`` is only $200,000 or so a month....
