It at least on the surface, it looks like there is a bias against small firms trying to enforce their patents. The big companies have deep pockets that allow them to string out law suits forever, and the judges don't understand the tech. In the movies the little guys win; but in real life, big is better. I hope Handal has Plan B ready to go.
