I was not able to find out if Flash-R licenses were transferable for all, some or none, in the event a company acguires a firm who had a license, re: MSFT buying the handset division of LG.

I did not mention MSFT/LG in my question,just generic per above.

The "answer" came in the form of a no reply to my email.
