Come march I believe there is to be another markman. A decision there might really blow Apple out of the water. So they might be looking for a quick decision that might delay the inevitable. All this lawyering just muddies the waters and clouds the real picture. In any event it seems we will go back to these same opininated judges that don't understand what the hell they are looking at and decide things according to the seat of their pants. One of these days we'll get one that understands what the markman has decided and give a correct decision base on facts and not bloviating.
