I agree, however, the legal issues at hand are issues we have been following for years now. They can't just amount to a non issue at this point....With that, I for one...push my thoughts.

Is the judge wrong, or right in denying the considerations e.Digital presented to him in opposition to the the CE motion by defendants, in outlining amendments made to 774 with regard to the Colorado construction ruling ?

Just because the issues e.Digital outlined were not directly related to the initial draft of the re-exam considerations, is that reason enough to rule as he did? What, is he considering that the re-exam is a fake?

The appeals court needs to determine this action...
