If a company wants to get involved with an NDA they must agree to a cost to them if violated by them. IOf they were to use any part of what will be exposed to them in any thing that they put forth they must swurrender at least 50 percent of all prophets berfore taxes. So far we have been screwed by those we trusted and are now in hot pursuit in courts for payments. Let close the gulf by an agreement beore that happens with penalties agreed to from the outset. That will mean they will have to be honest. If the agree to a contract that is something else. But we need to make sure that we don't follow the route we have for the last 15 years.
