I hear you Joe, but the CO case did not exactly go swimmingly. I disagree that is a court is a court. They should be, but I do not believe they are. Maybe they know of several judges in "their" area that would be more sympathetic to them? We did not ask for it, so the defendant wanted it that way for a reason, we may never know the true reason--they got their way. I do not see how this could help us.
