It's still alive, to the extent that it can be utilized for memory not needing RAM.

Those are the "merits" that e.Digital agreed to settle with defendants in the CO cases regarding 774.

Memory types not needing RAM, are digital NOR flash memory and analog memory considerations.

The issues of digital NAND memory and utilizing digital NOR with RAM have now been hardened to the 108.

The problem NORRIS had was in trying to can all the memory options in 774 and coming up with language unchallengeable in do so.

They still have control of all the options....considered outdated options and more recent and improved options like NAND.
