What ever position edig is in now, the question is, does it give back its reputation and complete ownership to the pattens. That will stil be determined by some judge that will decide on issues of infringement which is decided on by an opinion of a judge. Its all B.S. The law is meaningless. It has no standing no solid ground . The best that any one can hope for is an opinion that sides with them. The back door to theft is wide open and the judges allow it all to happen.
