Don't post too much anymore but just wanted to chime in and say how pleased I am that something finally went our way after all these years.

Hoping this latest ruling will set things back on track so that management can resume a more agressive path in demanding higher settlements and be awarded what we so much deserve for the technology we all thought we had years ago, that others have so abused.

Thank you all for the wonderful research and for sharing that with the rest of it. It is very much appreciated!
