Seriously, there's so much more to presenting a case other than citing the facts. This article explains how important it is to think, tactically. A lean (to the point) presentation goes a long way in pleasing a busy judge. Less work is good and "yer oner" will remember your effort.
Lets trust Handal's people are good at this stuff.
