Fair point, but I think we should assume these most recent(post claims construction wins) settlements will be for larger dollars than the prior ones. Also, the company needs money coming in so they can eventually take someone all the way to trial and hopefully prevail. Another reason to maintain a cash flow is to give either or both Nunchi and Micro Signet the chance to be financially recognized by someone. The flash patents are about to expire and we need to grab what income we can while we can. IF there is to be a significant success by Edig, IMO it needs to come from Nunchi or Micro Signet. Three Nunchi law suits, here we go again? No suits or word on the status of Micro Signet at a time when security issues are on the minds of basically everyone. Could announce a significant licensing agreement any day or it is not considered effective by any other company. We shall see.
